Ms. Priyanka Shrungare

Priyanka is qualified Commerce Graduate and holding Postgraduate Diploma in Finance from NMIMS and has overall 10 years of rich experience in the field of trusteeship. Previously she was associated with VISTRA (ITCL) India Limited and SBICAP Trustee Company Limited, she has developed a robust skill set in regulatory reporting, compliance management, investor servicing, guiding and advising issuer companies on compliances. She has successfully handled critical regulatory submissions to SEBI and RBI, handled various SEBI inspections, ensured timely and accurate disclosures, filings as per the regulatory requirements. She is handling SEBI compliances including maintaining and preparing SEBI half yearly reports, filing of necessary information and documents with SEBI in compliance with SEBI (DT) Regulations.
