Mr. Jatin Bhat

Mr. Jatin Bhat has been in the Trusteeship industry for more than 12 years. He is a qualified Company Secretary, Lawyer and Commerce Graduate from Pune University. He has a vast experience in handling the legal and compliance matters in relation to the legal documentation (debentures, loans, InvIT, Escrow etc.), security creation, enforcement of securities, court fillings, SEBI related compliances etc. He has been active in discussion with the regulators including SEBI on various complex matters related to debentures compliances, amongst others. He was last associated with Axis Bank Ltd as AVP and has also worked as Compliance Officer & Legal at IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd. one of the largest Trustee Company. Currently he heads the Legal and Compliance division of MITCON Credentia and is responsible for the overall trusteeship activities including debenture trustee, REIT, InvITs related matters.
