MITCON Credentia Trusteeship Services Limited (MCTSL) is registered under SEBI (Debenture Trustee) Regulations, 1993 and provides services which are regulated by SEBI such as: Debenture Trustee for listed debentures, Trustee for Alternative Investment Funds, REIT Trustee, InvIT Trustee, and Securitisation Trustee for listed securities.
MCTSL also provides the following services which do not fall under SEBI's regulatory framework. Accordingly, none of the SEBI investor protection mechanisms will be available for any grievances or disputes arising out of or pertaining to such activities:
