Navin is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has experience of 9 years in trusteeship services with specialisation in Securitisation and Alternative Investment Funds. His last stints were with Beacon Trusteeship Limited & Vistra ITCL India Limited (previously IL&FS Trust Company Limited).
He has handled Securitization and Securitised Debt Instruments products independently. His major activities involved looking after the pre and post-execution and operational aspects and regulatory compliances of the transactions. He has played a major role in the execution of India's first structured securitized debt transaction backed by Negotiable Warehouse Receipts (NWR). He has played a major role in the execution and operations of the industry's first securitization of supply chain finance receivables.
Navin has handled a portfolio of Securitisation with his team members which include both Direct Assignment & PTC transactions. Navin was also handling the Tax matters pertaining to the Securitisation product of the company and is well versed with Operations, Tax & Accounting.
